I established Business Wrtiing Source in 1994 to serve clients in the New York Metro area, including small and mid-sized businesses, government agencies and not-for-profit organizations.
Earlier, I had earned a B.A. degree in English from Queens College/City University of New York and an M.B.A. degree from New York University's Stern School of Business, and worked in the financial services industry in strategic planning, business development and marketing.
I have also served on the board of directors of several not-for-profit organizations, with the responsiblity for managing communications, public relations and events.
